My experience with the 14-day trial was as expected, cancelled it a few days before and had no problem at all. And then switched to paid subscription. I've read that some users had other experiences in the past so I was cautious about that, but it could have been some hiccup on the experience. Also noticing the team is pushing UI/UX updates as some screens were changed and improved. Functionality is well rounded with smart organization and AI features. Overall, so far very good product.

The platform is also very fast and responsive. I haven't really tested the AI features yet, but so far everything feels solid.
I also really like the $20/month plan. You can keep it active all year and only upgrade when you actually need more, during busier periods. Most other tools are simply too expensive to keep running year-round. I hope they keep this $20/month option.
